You choose: either one person is listed as unpaired, or one pair becomes a group of three.

Can I avoid repeat pairings?

Each run is independent, so repeats are possible. Reshuffle until you get a combination you like.

Can I share the pairings?

Yes, copy them as text or export a CSV with one row per pair.
